Abstract

Investments in large companies engaged in natural resource management have the potential to cause conflict, which requires an alternative model of conflict potential management. This study aims to analyze the development of creative social energy as an alternative to managing potential conflicts through empowering community food security. This study uses a participatory action study method for community empowerment and cybernetic triangulation methods in extracting data. Communities in the company's operational Ring1 area carried out community empowerment efforts by placing extension workers as community assistants. The results of the study show that community empowerment through a participatory extension approach is effective in supporting the realization of community welfare through increased income. Participatory community empowerment is effective in developing creative social energy. There is a close relationship between community empowerment and strengthening creative social energy and increasing the ecological adaptation capacity of society to the dynamics of environmental change. The ecological adaptation capacity of the community develops in line with the level of community empowerment. Community empowerment through effective participatory counseling is a model for managing potential conflicts in CSR programs. Extension workers with participatory community empowerment competencies are a key factor in the success of community empowerment.

Abstract

Cyber Extension has an important role to play in helping agricultural counsellors carry out their duties in this digital age. Initial surveys at the research site showed only 15% of Agricultural Extension Centers (BPP) adopted Cyber Extension. Information regarding the overall adoption of PPL is not yet clearly known. The study of adoption and the factors that influence the adoption of PPL is very important known. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence among cyber extension adoption variables within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. This research is classified as explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sampling technique using simple random sampling that was number of 140 people PPL Civil Servants and THL. The influence test between variables (hypothetical test) is conducted with t-test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results showed there were 8 accepted hypotheses (significant effect) and 2 rejected hypotheses (insignificant effect).

Abstract

Sanrobone is a coastal village with tourism potential, including cultural heritage sites and mangrove forests. However, most of the forests have been converted into fish ponds and seaweeds, resulting in abrasion that erodes the village and damages several historical sites in the area. The program aims to empower millennial generation in preserving the cultural reserves and mangrove forests, which in turn can become a community income sector. The millennial generation of Sanrobone is participating in repairing the Sanrobone Fort (Benteng), the Sanrobone King’s Graves, and the mangrove forests through the development of cultural and mangrove-based tourism. This outreach activity employed an active participatory method, namely: (1) Socialisation of the Culture and Mangrove Tourism concept to the community and local government; (2) Training in mangrove planting and management; (3) a comparative study trip to developed cultural tourism and mangrove-based tourism areas. The results showed the millennial awareness of the tourism potential of the region is getting higher, and they can already see various opportunities to manage these tourism potentials as a source of income. What needs to be done next is to improve the skills of the millennial generation in the promotion of regional tourism through digital marketing, which is needed for effective sustainable tourism development in the industrial era 4.0.

The results on evaluating the nature of innovation can be seen from the relative profit, the average respondent answers strongly agree on what they think of SNI or its products labelled SNI. Then on the level of complexity, respondents consider changes in infrastructure and adjustments to product standards. On marketing factors, respondents market their products through online media is 45,9% while marketing through offline media is 54%, one of which dominates them is through exhibitions or bazaars (15,3%).
